Georgia on our minds!

We just spent a hot, humid week in Atlanta, Georgia. We visited with Greg's daughters and their families.....8 grandchildren. It was a lot of fun and we did something every day with them. Here are some of the highlights:
Ruby, 13 and Zach, 5 are enjoying a quiet respite after a long afternoon at the Atlanta Zoo. Ruby is the oldest of the 8 grandchildren!
Fun in the Sun at Six Flags Over Georgia! Holy Cow, Batman! You are one tall dude!
Here are the kids from L to R: Max, 8; Miranda, 7; Ezree and Xan, 5, and Ellie, 8. Ruby was having nothing to do with this picture; Zach hasn't yet arrived as he had soccer camp until noon. Lowell, 1, was in his stroller, snoozing away!
Zach and Max are attempting to touch a stingray. Zach was quite frustrated with not having long enough arms at this point!
On Saturday, the 14th, Teri and Wes were married at a very nice park in Douglasville. It was very secluded but when they sent out the invitations, the foot bridge was still accessible. Two weeks before the wedding, the supports on the bridge gave out and so we all had to ford the creek. Here Teri, Wes, and Ruby carefully make their way across.
Teri and Wes' wedding ceremony. It was very peaceful and serene with the waterfall in the background. We are very happy for them.

looks like you had a great time. I don't know if I could ford a creek in heels. I can barely ware them on flat ground.
